To benefit from exchange and return services, the original invoice must be brought.
Returns are accepted within 7 days and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below:
The product must be in its original condition, the same as when purchased, with all its accessories and in its original packaging.
In the event of purchasing a package or offer bundle, the customer must return all products included in the bundle, and they cannot be returned partially, provided that all products are in their original condition.
Products that have been opened will not be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven. Note that products that are not eligible for exchange are anything that violates or falls outside the terms of the warranty, such as (misuse – cutting – breakage – the product opened in an abnormal condition – failure to follow operating instructions – exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof – any external maintenance – the device becoming completely or partially inoperable if accessories incompatible with the device’s features are used).
The Cube store has the right to cancel any customer's order in the event of a malfunction on the site, an error in the stated price, or the product running out of stock, and to return the money to the customer's bank account or card. The customer has no right to demand that the product be provided.
In case of bank transfer: The refund/bank transfer to your account will take between 2 and 12 business days.
Products that are not eligible for return or exchange: Electronic devices, tablets, mobile phones, laptops, Apple products, electronic vouchers, cards, and gifts.
If the customer is inside Riyadh or Khobar, they should go directly to the branch.

The customer bears the shipping cost in case of return or exchange.
